Theatre Can...And Theatre Will...

Everyone says at one point in time they would like to find where they fit in. I never understood the meaning of the statement, because I could never comprehend where it was they were trying to fit into.

My whole life I've been different, contrary to the world calling themselves unique and accidentally putting themselves right back into the same pot, the way I see it is different.

In this case there is those who love theatre.

And civilians.

We are the ones that stick out like sore thumbs but could seriously care less.

Whenever anything out of the ordinary occurs (around thespians that's all the time) people just shrug and say "They're in theatre".

We stick together through the toughest of obstacles.

And even after running a show for almost 48 hours straight we still love our job.

It takes heart to be in theatre.

That and a extreme lack of shame.
